  • How we work with Next Intelligence brokers. We will explain the discounted benefits and value the buyer receives from an introduction through you, their broker. We will also explain the benefits for you, the broker.
  • We keep referrals simple. We provide broker guides and templates for the introduction. We also provide a FREE 30min Strategy call with the buyer where they will have a strategy unique to their personal circumstances and a FREE market appraisal (normally £175+VAT) on a property that they are interested in.
  • Our aim, as a trusted partner, is a simple email introduction within your workflow and we take it from there.

YOUR CLIENTS RATE

  • As a Next Intelligence Broker, ALL upfront fees are waived, AND discounted fees on negotiated savings apply. If we don’t provide savings, our services are provided free. At all times the client remains in control.
  • If they choose not to use our services immediately, we don’t chase. They can return to us at any stage of their property search or when they get stuck and require our advice.
